The Fuzz is a four-piece band from Pittsburgh, PA; more specifically, the borough of Dormont. The group consists of Nick Turkall- Vocals/Guitar, Nathaniel Meals- Bass, James Mason- Percussion, and Noah Brown- Guitar/Keyboard. The idea for The Fuzz originated with Turkall and Meals as high school students and has developed significantly ever since. With the addition of Mason, and eventually Brown the band's lineup was completed. The Fuzz's style reflects the band's influence from classic rock groups such as Led Zeppelin, The Rolling Stones, and The Doors. Also, The Fuzz is inspired by alternative rock acts including Nirvana, Smashing Pumpkins, and Pearl Jam. The band also attempts to express a new, unique sound with their original material. They enjoy playing for anyone willing to listen…and even some who aren't!
