Comments:
I was quoted $109.99 for FIOS tv, internet and phone, however my bills are $133 each month. They never told me I would have to pay $5.98 per television box on top of the $109.99.

Comments:
We were approached by the door to door sales. We were quoted one price and billed completely different. We were also told we would receive a $200 gift card for switching and never received it. We were told the installation fees were waived and they are not. We were also told we would have hundreds of free movies for our children like we had with comcast and that also did not happen.
If we could switch back to comcast without being penalized we would in a heart beat.

Comments:
My Grand Mother signed up for Verizon's Triple Play Package and when the installer came to her house she was told that all of the cables she used with Comcast had to be replaced and she would be charged for it. She cancelled the installation and a few weeks later she recieved a call from Verizon and was told they could do it with the cables she had.

Comments:
I have no idea what everything listed on my bill means only that it's much higher than what I signed up for. When I try calling the billing number it takes 20 minutes to get to a person then no one seems to know what to do or what I'm talking about when I tell them my bill is different from the package I signed up for. I finally gave up, don't have time to keep calling.

Comments:
A Verizon salesperson came to our house and offered us a package that gave us everything we got with Comcast for $30 less a month, plus we'd get a $200 American Express Gift card if we signed up now. While he was here the salesperson called the office and set up the installation around 60 days later. When the installer came we went over the order and everything looked good until I asked him to confirm the price, found my billing to be $30 more than Comcast, They actually told me the package I signed up for didn't exist and the $200 American Express gift card had expired. When I tired to cancel the installation the service rep on the phone agreed to match the price I had on my signed contract. The first bill I received for $300+, first 2 months so I though, the next bill was for $210. Call after call no one knows anything about my problem and the telephone number they'd give you to follow up with didn't connect to them but each time they promised to get back to me in the next day or so, they never did. After 40 plus hours of calling them over the course of 4 months they finally gave me a package price but nothing close to the contract I signed, but when you try to cancel they're quick in telling you the early cancellation fee and that they'll turn your account over to a collection agency if ti isn't paid. Can't wait until this contract expires.
